So many approaches to the same body
It's just a LITTLE bit of ..... What a common (yet ignorant) mentality. Ask any nutritional guru or even google items concerning good health (or look at the link at the bottom titled Do Not Do These) and you'll see items that one must stay away from - such as high fructose corn syrup, hydrogenated oils, food dyes, monosodium glutamate (MSG) and a host of other toxic food additives and people simply ignore it thinking (stupid excuse #1) it must be OK to eat otherwise the FDA would not allow it (WRONG) or (stupid excuse #2) it's only a little bit in there - it's not enough to hurt me - Again - WRONG. Consider when you take a prescription pill - how small it is. Look at the picture - does it look like a lot? Of course not YET it is still powerful enough to make a major impact on your body - which is why it was prescribed to you to begin with. Grind that up and put it in your food and you may never taste it but it WILL STILL HAVE AN EFFECT ON YOUR BODY!! That's exactly what these additives are doing to your body - slowly poisoning it. It would be equivelant to taking dog poop and putting it in your brownies and saying 'it's only a LITTLE bit - not enough to hurt you'. Get educated and read your food labels!
