Liquid PRObiotics are best - Pro (meaning FOR) and Biotic (meaning LIFE).  Yes, these are a little more expensive but unlike most probiotics on the market which are destroyed by the stomach acids and never make it to the intestines, these liquid probiotics are the strongest I've found.
