#1. Eat Six (6) small meals per day. Take your ideal body weight and times it 10. This will give you your caloric intake limit for YOU. (i.e. Ideal body weight is 150 lbs. X 10 = 1,500 calories per day) Then take that total and divide by 6. This will give you your calories PER meal. (i.e. 1,500 divided by 6 = 250 calories per meal)
#2. Do NOT Eat High-Glycemic Carbs. Rice, bread and pasta.

#4. Do Cardio Exercises 3-4 times per week. I personally recommend the Gazelle, available on line or even Wal-mart. Low impact on joints, high results. For best results, do this first thing in the morning BEFORE breakfast. In other words, do it on an empty stomach. This way you are burning body ‘fat’ and not calories you just consumed. This is important! If you can't afford exercise equipment, then go outside and walk or jog. Get the heart rate up. The fresh air and sunshine is also good for your body. (DON'T USE sun screen with the toxic chemicals)
#5 Drink ˝ Your Body Weight per Day In Ounces. For example, if you weigh 200 lbs., drink 100 ounces of filtered drinking water per day. This will help hydrate your body, cleanse your liver, and assist in flushing toxins from your body. |
